Orega High Holborn has signed 4 more new clients since it's opened its doors two months ago. The striking glass-fronted building at 16 High Holborn, London now has nine very diverse companies occupying 40 per cent of the modern, air-conditioned offices.
TradeTracker International BV, which offers performance-based online marketing solutions, has taken 10 workstations for a 12-month term, with the option to expand. The Netherlands-based company has made a big impact since it was set up a few years ago and now has branches in many European countries, including the UK. Orega's business centre is its new UK base, having relocated from Victoria in London.
Leisure Breaks, part of the Albatross Travel Group, is relocating from Epping in Essex. It required a base in the capital as it specialises in group travel breaks to London - and, on a topical note, is expecting a mini boom in business on the back of Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding next spring. It has taken 10 workstations for 12 months but may require more as the company grows.
Another company that wanted to be closer to central London is Dapper Digital Adventures, which builds and develops websites. Established a year ago, the fledgling business has moved from Battersea to take up occupation in a 2-person office at 16 High Holborn.
Completing the line-up is Sefaira, a company that produces software and services for green building design. It is relocating from its serviced offices at Berkeley Square to 16 High Holborn in January 2011. Established in 2009, it has signed for 8 workstations to complement its New York base.
Mads Jensen, CEO of Sefaira, comments: "We opted for serviced office space as we're a young, expanding business and it gives us the flexibility to size up as the company grows. We have chosen to move to Holborn as we have many architectural and construction clients in the City as well as the West End so the Midtown location provides us with easy access to both, while the larger floor-plates available give us even better quality space than we currently have."
