We're delighted to announce the opening of our newest business centre in Manchester's creative and tech hub - MediaCityUK. Orega MediaCity will be Orega's 3rd business centre in Manchester joining the popular King Street and Piccadilly addresses. MediaCityUK is already home to the BBC and ITV as well as digital leaders 4D Creative and Yippee. In keeping with Orega's existing portfolio, MediaCity will be the latest business centre located in an area of high demand.
Orega will transform 24,000 sq ft of the Blue Tower into Grade A flexible office space across 3 floors. Orega Media City will present first-class office solutions for a wide range of businesses, with workstations ranging from 2 to 100+. Smaller, cutting-edge companies will work within the same space as established businesses, creating a unique networking opportunity within the facility.
Orega MediaCity will be styled to create stimulating and vibrant offices thereby helping to enhance productivity. The office specification and technical infrastructure will reflect its contemporary environment, complete with design-led meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
