Last year as part of our ongoing growth strategy, we decided to enter into the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies awards. We went through many changes in 2015 including launching our first two international business centre's in Brussels and one in MediaCityUK, Manchester. Our team structure also went through some changes with new positions created in alignment with the expansion.
Like with any company that goes through a period of fast growth, we had a responsibility to our clients to continue delivering high levels of service and focus on the development of our employees.
In October, Orega employees anonymously filled out a survey as part of the Best Companies awards on eight factors; including personal growth, fair deal and wellbeing. The survey was a great way for our employees to have a voice about the direction we are heading.
This month we received the news we had been recognised as a "One to Watch", which are awarded to companies with good levels of employee engagement and an exciting future. We will continue with our commitment to invest in and develop our employees in order to keep our competitive edge and high levels of service.
