All of our offices across the Midlands are available from 8am for pre-booked meetings and are open throughout the day, ending at 6pm. All of our locations are open Monday to Friday, 5-days a week.

Our meeting rooms in the Midlands start from £50 per hour in Birmingham or £160 for a half day. Meeting rooms suitable for up to 6 attendees in the Midlands start from £300. Prices will vary depending on location and meeting room size.

All of our meeting rooms are available for full day hire with prices for our Midlands offices starting from £300. With offices and meeting rooms open from 8am five days a week we are sure you’ll find a suitable space for your meetings or calls.

Our offices in Birmingham are easy to access and suitable for between 6 and 12 attendees. Perfect for team meetings, training sessions or interviews.

Where available, all of our Midlands offices can be booked for multiple consecutive days. Either by calling your chosen location to arrange the booking or by visiting our site and using our intuitive booking system for each of the days you require the room.

To avoid disappointment we always recommend booking in advance to guarantee the room is available and prepared ahead of time. While it is possible to book on the same day, we recommend booking in advance to avoid any disappointment. All of our meeting rooms across the UK can be booked from a minimum of one hour. No matter which of our Midlands buildings you choose, bookings can be made from 1 hour, up to a full day starting from 8am and concluding by 6pm.

We would always recommend giving yourself adequate time for your meeting while booking. It may be possible to extend your booking time on the day of your meeting, providing the room has not been reserved. We understand that meetings can run long and we will accommodate your needs whenever possible.

All of our meeting rooms across the Midlands are fitted with drink making facilities for you and your guests. When booking there are additional catering options available when completing your booking as an additional extra. Where available our concierge staff will be happy to help with any of your catering needs.
